This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I realize I'm rarely on here anymore, and that correlates alot to the amount of activity I get on my photos/comments etc... It is a give and take relationship. But I've felt the deviantART has become increasingly less valuable an asset to me. I upload photography work now that far exceeds the quality of work I had when I first joined this site, yet I get fractions of the amount of critique, comments, etc as before. It ends up seeming like more work than anything to keep my deviantart profile updated with new photography.. I find myself only uploading pictures every several months when I get bored and remember dA!
Is it worth my time to keep submitting and trying to be more active? Or do you others agree dA is not what it once was, and has become over saturated and over bloated to the point where it drives away creative people?
